Dayframe ("the Service, Platform") is a product owned and operated by Jungle Ventures Group LLC, located in Dublin, California, USA (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use Dayframe.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Dayframe, the following personal data may be freely provided by the User and collected, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using Dayframe:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, password (hashed).
  • Usage Data: IP address, time zone, browser details, device type, interaction data.
  • Billing Information: Collected and stored via Stripe (we do not store credit card information).
  • Project Data: Names, schedule content, collaborators, branding colors, logo, and any other information users enter into any field within Dayframe (user-generated).

Unless specified otherwise, all data requested by the Service is mandatory and failure to provide this data may make it impossible for the Platform to provide its services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Dayframe platform
  • Enable authentication and secure access to your account
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send account-related communications (e.g. confirmations, resets)
  • Improve product functionality and user experience
  • Deliver occasional marketing messages (only if opted in)

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party services ("Provider/s") to operate Dayframe:

  • Supabase: Database, authentication, and backend infrastructure.
  • Stripe: Subscription billing and payment processing.
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery.
  • Mailchimp: Marketing email automation.
  • PDFShift: HTML-to-PDF generation.
  • Google Analytics: Usage tracking and website performance.

Each Provider may process data in accordance with its own privacy policy. We only share data that is necessary for them to perform their services. We do not transfer or disclose your information to third parties for purposes other than the ones provided.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for functionality and analytics. By using Dayframe, you consent to the placement of these cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, though this may affect functionality.

5. Data Retention and Inactive Accounts

For your convenience, we retain your account and project data while your account is active. We reserve the right to delete accounts and associated data after a prolonged period of inactivity (e.g., 18 months), following reasonable notice. You may also delete your account and associated data at any time by following the steps in your account Settings.

6. Where Data is Processed

Depending on your location, your use of the Platform may involve transferring the your data to a country other than your own.

7. Third-Party Links

Dayframe or our communications may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of those external sites.

8. International Users

Dayframe may be accessed globally. By using our service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States. If you are in the EU or UK, you may have additional data rights under the GDPR.

9. Children's Privacy

Dayframe is not intended for minors. You must be at least the minimum age required by law in your country to use this service (typically 13 in the U.S. and 16 in the EU/UK).

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. We'll notify users via in-app message or email when material changes are made.
