These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dayframe ("the Platform, Service"), a product of Jungle Ventures Group LLC. By creating an account or using Dayframe, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your Account

  • You must be at least the minimum age required by law (13 in the U.S., 16 in the EU/UK).
  • You must be a human. Accounts created by automated methods are not permitted.
  • You must provide accurate account information.
  • Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one trial account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Dayframe offers a free 30-day trial. No credit card is required to start a trial.
  • After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
  • Dayframe reserves the right to change pricing for the Platform at any time and without notice.
  • Subscriptions are billed via Stripe, on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your plan.
  • All payments are non-refundable. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.
  • For yearly pre-paid plans, if you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid plan year, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your billing cycle. You will retain use of the Service for the duration of your paid plan and no refunds will be provided for early termination of Service.
  • If your trial ends and you do not upgrade, your account becomes read-only, but your data remains accessible.
  • You may not allow multiple people to use the same account or otherwise access the Platform in a manner intended to avoid incurring fees.

3. User-Generated Content

You retain full control over the content you create in your Dayframe account. However:

  • You may not use Dayframe to create or share content that is abusive, illegal, hateful, or otherwise violates applicable laws or our policies.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our sole discretion and without notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Dayframe in any unlawful or fraudulent way.
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Platform.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Platform.
  • Share, resell, or misuse access to the Platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to Dayframe, including its design, branding, and source code—are owned by Jungle Ventures Group LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the service without written permission.

6. Service Availability & Changes

Dayframe is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy, or uptime. We reserve the right to update, change, or remove any part (or all) of the service at any time, without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jungle Ventures Group LLC shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits.
  • Unauthorized access to or use of your account or data.

Your use of Dayframe is at your own risk.

8. Solicitation of Feedback

You may choose to, or we may invite you to, submit comments or ideas about Dayframe, including but not limited to ideas about improving the Service or our products (“Ideas”). By submitting any Idea, you agree that your disclosure is unsolicited and without restriction and will not place Jungle Ventures Group LLC under any fiduciary or other obligation, and that we are free to use the Idea without any additional compensation to you, and/or to disclose the Idea on a non-confidential basis or otherwise to anyone.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jungle Ventures Group LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Dayframe or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, for any reason, without notice. This includes—but is not limited to—violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We’ll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be handled in courts located in Alameda County, California.
